Terms of service

Last updated 30 September 2026. By creating an account or adding Sage to a website you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and only add Sage to websites you own or are allowed to change. You are responsible for the instructions and documents you give the assistant and for how it is used on your website.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sage to break the law, mislead people, collect data without consent, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and limits

Each plan has monthly answer limits shown on the pricing page. When a limit is reached the assistant stops answering until the next month or an upgrade.

The service

The assistant uses AI and can make mistakes; check anything important. We work to keep Sage available but provide it as is, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
