From script tag to helpful answer

A small script on your page connects to a relay you host. The relay adds your instructions and knowledge and asks the AI what to do.

Visitor asks

They type or speak in the widget: "help me apply", or "what are your hours?"

Relay adds context

Your instructions, the best-matching knowledge passages and the page's live state are added to the request.

AI decides

It answers from your documents, or picks an action the page makes available, like selecting a plan.

The page responds

The script performs the click or typing on the real page. The visitor sees it happen, then hears what changed.

Behaviour is configuration, not code

What the assistant says, what it knows and what it may do are all settings you edit in the portal. Changing them takes effect on the next question, with no redeploy.
